Rotrans Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. carried out Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) and Network Survey Vehicle (NSV) surveys for National Highway NH-130(C) in the State of Odisha.
The survey assignment focused on evaluating pavement structural condition and surface characteristics to support widening and strengthening works proposed under EPC mode.
FWD testing was conducted to assess pavement deflection and remaining structural capacity, while NSV survey provided detailed information on surface distresses, roughness, and overall riding quality.
The survey outputs were used as critical engineering inputs for pavement design, rehabilitation strategies, and preparation of DPR and DER documents in accordance with IRC and MoRTH standards.
