Rotrans Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. was engaged to provide supervision consultancy services for Package-II of the Raipur–Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor under the Bharatmala Pariyojana. This package covers the Kaliagura to Baraja section on NH-130-CD in the State of Odisha and forms an important continuation of the access-controlled six-lane corridor.
The scope of services included supervision of construction works, quality control of pavement layers, structures, drainage systems, and associated highway facilities. Rotrans Infra ensured that execution was carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable IRC and MoRTH standards.
In addition, the assignment involved regular site inspections, safety monitoring, review of construction methodology, progress tracking, and coordination with contractors, concessionaire representatives, and project authorities. Effective supervision and technical oversight contributed to improved construction quality, enhanced safety performance, and timely progress of the project, supporting efficient freight movement and regional connectivity.
