Rotrans Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. provided Pre-Bid consultancy services for the six-laning of the Hatibena to Badakumari section of National Highway NH-130-CD under Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM). The project is designated as Package OD-2 and forms part of the Raipur–Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor.
The consultancy scope covered technical review of bid documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, traffic data, construction methodology, and risk assessment to support potential bidders during the bidding stage.
Rotrans Infra’s involvement enabled bidders to evaluate project requirements accurately, identify technical and contractual risks, and prepare competitive and compliant bids.
