Rotrans Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. provided Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for rehabilitation and upgradation to four-lane configuration of the Binjhabahal to Telebani section of National Highway NH-6 in the State of Odisha under NHDP-IV on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).
The project covered a stretch from Km 414.000 to Km 491.710 (Design Chainage Km 414.982 to Km 493.300) and involved strengthening of existing pavement, geometric improvements, drainage works, structures, and road safety enhancements.
The scope of PMC services included construction supervision, quality assurance, contract administration, progress monitoring, safety compliance, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery under HAM framework.
