Rotrans Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. is providing consultancy services for preparation of the Detailed Engineering Report (DER) for Biju Expressway Package-4.3 covering the stretch from Sinapali to Dharmagarh in the district of Kalahandi, Odisha. The project involves development of a two-lane road with provision for future four-laning as part of the prestigious Biju Expressway corridor.
The scope of DER consultancy includes preparation of detailed geometric design, pavement design, junction layouts, drainage and cross-drainage structures, service roads, safety features, and utility shifting plans in accordance with IRC codes and Government of Odisha guidelines.
The DER has been prepared with construction-level drawings, detailed specifications, quantity estimates, and implementation details suitable for EPC execution. The project aims to enhance regional connectivity, reduce travel time, and support economic development in western Odisha.
